Water Treatment Chemical Flocculatn with The Lowest Price Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM)
Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a linear polymer, synthesized by introducing positively charged groups (mostly quaternary ammonium groups, but the cost and performance of CPAM obtained from different monomers) into the molecular chain of polyacrylamide, thereby endowing the polymer with new properties. Due to the presence of various active groups in the structure, it can be affinity with many substances Adsorption forms hydrogen bonds, expanding the range of use of PAM.

Characteristics of Cationic Amides
Application of the Cationic polyacrylamide
CPAM is mainly a colloid with negative charges, which has functions such as turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, and bonding. It is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high organic colloid content in industries such as dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil fields, aquatic processing and fermentation. It is more suitable for the dehydration treatment of urban sewage, urban sludge, papermaking sludge, and other industrial sludge.
The use of Cationic polyacrylamide
1. When using, prepare polyacrylamide into a 0.1% concentration aqueous solution, preferably using neutral water without salt impurities.
2. When dissolving, evenly sprinkle the polyacrylamide product into the stirred water, and control the stirring speed at 100-300rpm. Moderate heating (<60 ℃) can accelerate water dissolution.
3. Adjust the pH value of the treated solution to fully utilize the polyacrylamide product.
4. When adding polyacrylamide product solution, the mixing with the treated liquid should be accelerated. After the formation of flocs, the stirring speed should be slowed down to facilitate the growth of flocs and accelerate sedimentation.
Precautions for operation
1. Operators should wear protective equipment and wash with water immediately after skin contact.
2. On site use, often rinse with water and avoid scattering solid products on the ground to prevent the product from becoming slippery after absorbing moisture.
3. This product has hygroscopicity and should be stored in a cool and dry place with a temperature below 35 ℃.
4. When preparing PAM aqueous solution, it should be done in enamel, galvanized, aluminum or plastic drums, and not in iron containers.
5. When dissolving, attention should be paid to evenly and slowly adding the product into a dissolver with stirring and heating measures. Solidification should be avoided, and the solution should be prepared at a suitable temperature. Long and excessive mechanical shear should be avoided. It is recommended to use a stirrer with a speed of 60-200 rpm, otherwise it may cause polymer degradation and affect the effectiveness of use.
6. PAM aqueous solution should be prepared as needed. When the solution is left for a long time, its performance will gradually decrease depending on the water quality.
Packaging And Storage
1.The solid should be packed in 25KG bags, with an inner layer of plastic film and an outer layer of plastic woven bags.
2.The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, and should not be affected by moisture.
