Fertilizer Nitrogen 46% For Agriculture Application Wholesale Price White Customized Packing Prill Urea
Urea is a white crystalline organic compound composed of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen, and is also one of the simplest organic compounds. The appearance is colorless or white needle shaped or rod-shaped crystals, and industrial or agricultural products are white with slightly red solid particles, odorless and tasteless. The nitrogen content is about 46%. It is mainly used as a neutral fertilizer, suitable for various soils and plants, and is easy to preserve, convenient to use, and has a small destructive effect on the soil. In agricultural production, urea is a widely used chemical nitrogen fertilizer with the highest nitrogen content, suitable for various crops. In industry, urea is synthesized from ammonia and carbon dioxide under certain conditions.

Application of Urea
1. Agricultural field: Urea is a high concentration nitrogen fertilizer, which is a neutral quick acting fertilizer and can also be used to produce various compound fertilizers. No harmful substances remain in the soil, and long-term application has no adverse effects. Animal husbandry can be used as feed for ruminants. However, excessive temperature during granulation can produce a small amount of biuret, also known as biuret, which has an inhibitory effect on crops. China stipulates that the urea urea content for fertilizer should be less than 0.5%. When the urea content exceeds 1%, it cannot be used as seed fertilizer, seedling fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer. The urea content during other application periods should not be too high or too concentrated.
2.Industrial field: It is also used as a raw material for manufacturing urea formaldehyde resin, polyurethane, and melamine formaldehyde resin. When urea is heated to 200 ℃, it generates solid trichloric acid (i.e. cyanuric acid). The derivatives of cyanuric acid, such as trichloroisocyanuric acid, sodium dichloroisocyanate, tris (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate, tris (allyl) isocyanurate, tris (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) isocyanate, tris glycidyl ether of cyanuric acid, and cyanuric acid melamine complexes, have many important applications.
3.Other commercial fields: selective reducing agents for combustion gas denitrification, as well as automotive urea, which consists of 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionized water; Raw materials for special plastics, especially urea formaldehyde resin; Raw materials for certain adhesives; Ingredients of certain shampoo and cleaning agents, etc.
Storage precautions
1.If urea is stored improperly, it is easy to absorb moisture and clump, affecting the original quality of urea and causing certain economic losses to farmers. This requires farmers to store urea correctly. Before use, it is necessary to keep the urea packaging bag intact and undamaged. During transportation, it should be handled with care, protected from rain, and stored in a dry, well ventilated place with a temperature below 20 degrees Celsius.
2.If it is stored in large quantities, wooden blocks should be used to cushion the bottom for about 20 centimeters, and there should be a gap of more than 50 centimeters between the top and the roof to facilitate ventilation and moisture dissipation. A passage should be left between the stacks. To facilitate inspection and ventilation. If the urea that has already been opened is not used up, it is necessary to seal the bag opening in a timely manner to facilitate next year's use.
3. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
