Concrete steel fiber, shear wave fiber, bridge pavement and dam engineering fiber
Steel fiber is a relatively new type of fiber material, which, like ordinary concrete fibers, has mixing, operation, and construction performance. The fibers do not agglomerate in the concrete and are evenly distributed. They can be produced in commercial concrete mixing plants and used for pumping construction. Adding a certain amount of randomly distributed steel fibers to concrete can effectively improve its tensile strength, thereby enhancing its crack resistance and anti-seepage performance.
Shear type steel fiber is a cold-rolled thin steel plate that is cut into steel fibers. Before cutting, a special small longitudinal shearing machine is used to cut the thin cold-rolled coil into strip steel coils. The width of the strip steel coil is the same as the length of the steel fiber, and then the strip steel coil is continuously fed into a rotating tool or a regular punching machine for cutting. The axis of the rotating tool is perpendicular to the feed direction of the thin plate. The raw materials are generally annealed cold-rolled steel plates, and unannealed cold-rolled steel plates can also be used to improve strength.

The functions of Shearing Steel Fiber
Shear corrugated steel fibers are a new type of multiphase composite material formed by mixing randomly distributed short shear corrugated steel fibers into ordinary concrete. These randomly distributed end hook corrugated steel fibers can effectively hinder the expansion of internal microcracks and the formation of macroscopic cracks in concrete, significantly improving the tensile, bending, impact and performance of concrete, and have good ductility.

Usage and precautions
1. Dosage: Volume dosage 0.5-2%, i.e. 39-156kg/m3
